As a registered charitable organization, we are required by certain states to provide the following specific disclosures to our donor-investors and philanthropic partners. Registration with these states, or any other state, does not constitute or imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by that state. In addition, residents of the following states may obtain financial and/or other licensing information from their states, as indicated below.

Florida Registration #: CH81996. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free, from within the state, 800-435-7352. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.

Maryland For the cost of postage and copying, documents and information filed under the Maryland charitable organizations laws can be obtained from the Secretary of State, Charitable Division, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401, or by calling 800-825-4510.
